Is this an unhealthy peanut butter banana smoothie recipe?
Ok, I use:
1 banana
about 1/4 cup of 2% milk
a lil bit of ice
about a teaspoon of honey
about a tablespoon of reduced fat peanut butter
about 2T of fat free no sugar added vanilla ice cream
vanilla
cinnamon
Ok let me know 
I am currently on a diet
I’ve gotta try that – I love peanut butter and vanilla =)
And noooo, it’s not unhealthy.
